Baby dedication is a meaningful moment in which parents publicly acknowledge their child as a gift from God and commit themselves to raising their child in a way that honors Him. Throughout Scripture, we see parents intentionally bringing their children before the Lord, seeking His blessing, and committing to guide them in faith and obedience.
In a baby dedication service, parents make a commitment before God and the church family to:
At the same time, the church commits to walk alongside your family—praying for you, supporting you, and helping create an environment where your child can grow in faith.
Baby dedication is not about a child’s personal faith decision, but about parental commitment and communal support. We look forward to celebrating this special step with your family.

Baby dedication is a meaningful and celebratory moment for your family and our church. We encourage parents to dress in a way that reflects the significance of the moment—comfortable, respectful, and suitable for being on the platform.
Baby dedications typically take place during the service. Parents will briefly come forward with their child, and we will pray over your family and celebrate this commitment together as a church.
Plan to arrive about 10 minutes before service. This gives us time to check in with you, answer any last-minute questions, and help you feel at ease before the service begins.
Please sit near the front of the sanctuary. A member of our team will guide you when it’s time for your family to come forward.
Your confirmation message will include the date of your baby dedication—hold onto it, and get ready for a special day we’re excited to share with you.
