Baptism in water is an important step in your faith journey after deciding to follow Jesus. It’s a joyful, public way to show your commitment and obedience, following the example Jesus set when He Himself was baptized. Jesus also commanded His followers to be baptized, symbolizing the death of our old life and the beginning of a new life in Him.

Baptism is a beautiful moment to honor God. Please wear modest clothing that you’re comfortable getting wet in.
Bring a towel and a change of clothes for after. We’ll provide a baptism shirt if you shared your size on the form.
Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before service. Baptisms usually happen early in the service, and we don’t want you to miss it.
Sit near the front, on the right side of the sanctuary as you walk in. This keeps you close to the baptismal when it’s time.
Sometimes baptisms take place outside at the end of service. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure you know ahead of time.
